I write books about the Bible and Christianity. I target non-Christians and Bible newbies. I’ve been freelancing full-time since 1994, after about 20 years of writing and editing newspapers, magazines, books. One of my books that’s showing up these days on book racks in airports, truck stops, and drug stores is the Complete Guide to the Bible. It’s cool seeing it there, where my target audience lives. My wife is a nurse. Our two kids, Becca and Brad, are married and live nearby. I didn’t allow dogs when the kids were young. Now they each have two and my wife has one. Working out of a home office, I sometimes end up watching all five. Karma.
